Job summary

Redwood Living is seeking a Leasing Professional in Indiana to show apartment homes, assist with local marketing, and follow up with prospects. You will provide customer service to residents and collaborate with the Neighborhood Manager and maintenance teams to ensure an excellent resident experience.

Responsibilities include tours, inquiries handling, lease applications, move-in coordination, and pricing knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• General computer efficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment home tours for prospective clients.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials, pricing, and notify related parties of adjustments.
• Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewals and leasing options.
• Walk through units prior to move-in date and complete move-in paperwork.
• Complete all lease applications and notify prospective residents.
• Ensure grounds are well kept and coordinate with maintenance.
• Adhere to company standards for paperwork, files, budgets, and expenses.
• Travel between Redwood neighborhoods may be required.
