Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment home tours for prospects.
• Answer calls and emails.
• Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials and pricing.
• Schedule renewal discussions and leasing options.
• Walk units prior to move-in date.
• Complete move-in paperwork.
• Complete all lease applications and notify prospective residents.
• Ensure grounds are well kept and address maintenance concerns.
• Adhere to company standards for paperwork, resident files, budgets and expenses.
• Travel between Redwood neighborhoods as needed.
