You will greet prospects, qualify needs, coordinate with management, and handle applications while maintaining a welcoming leasing office and supporting resident satisfaction through timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with computer systems and web-based applications.
• Must be able to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and present communities.
• Handle calls, texts, emails and transfer to appropriate staff.
