You will greet prospects, qualify needs, and respond to inquiries, while ensuring models are market-ready and maintaining resident satisfaction. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with computer systems and property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and present the community and apartments effectively.
• Handle calls, emails, and texts; coordinate tours and move-in processes.
• Maintain model units and ensure cleanliness; assist with marketing and resident satisfaction.
