Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen and secure qualified tenants while delivering exceptional customer service. You will market available properties, conduct tours, negotiate lease terms and coordinate move-ins with the property manager and team.

The role requires strong communication, sales and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with common property management software. Candidates should be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with marketing and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms with applicants.
• Coordinate move-ins with property manager and team members.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone and email.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents during move-in.
