Job summary

Burkentine and Sons Builders Inc is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support on-site marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and manage move-ins to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will inspect show units, collaborate with maintenance, and track activity using OneSite or Yardi. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; leasing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Highschool degree required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Prior leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Prepare leases, perform credit/background checks, and coordinate move-ins.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Design and execute community marketing to drive traffic.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
