The Allied Orion Group is seeking a Leasing Associate at The Avalon in Katy, TX. This role focuses on marketing, leasing, and maintaining positive resident relations to achieve high occupancy.

You will greet prospects, tour property, qualify leads, process applications and leases, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and use ResMan and MS Office to track activity and prepare reports. Prior leasing or customer-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.
• Experience in a customer service-related industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects; tour property and amenities.
• Ensure property and show units meet company marketing/leasing standards; communicate upkeep needs.
• Record all telephone and in-person traffic per company policy.
• Ensure applications are completed per policy.
• Ensure leases are completed per policy.
• Facilitate move-in process per policy.
• Oversee renewal and move-out processes per policy.
• Use on-site property software to track apartment availability.
• Monitor market trends and prepare market surveys.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the property.
• Complete outreach marketing and record all efforts.
• Utilize internet marketing (CraigsList, Google, and others).
• Distribute newsletters, flyers, and resident notices.
