Qualifications

• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Ensure property shows meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Record all traffic and complete applications and leases per policy.
• Manage move-in, renewal, and move-out processes according to policy.
• Use on-site software to track unit availability and market trends.
• Design and execute outreach marketing to drive traffic to the property.
• Distribute newsletters, flyers, and resident notices.
