Hamilton Point Property Management LLC seeks a part‑time Leasing Consultant at The Capitol in Tallahassee, FL. You will coordinate rentals, move‑ins/outs, and renewals, working directly with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and strong retention.

You’ll handle traffic, book tours, prepare lease docs, and maintain confidential resident files, while supporting maintenance coordination and daily administrative tasks.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with a computer, email, and on‑site accounting software.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Process leases and move-in papers; maintain accurate records.
• Assist with tours, model apartment readiness, and resident relations.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports and manage daily open/close procedures.
• Support maintenance coordination and work order processing.
• Provide clerical support and assistance with resident activities.
