Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tallahassee, FL to lease and market the community, process applications, prepare leases, and support resident programs. This role focuses on creating a positive image for the community and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will assist residents in finding their next home, plan resident events, collect payments, and contribute to retention efforts. A customer-service mindset and a valid driver's license are preferred, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
