Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant in a busy Seattle property office. You will tour the community with prospects, answer questions, and showcase amenities to highlight lifestyle and drive occupancy.

Build rapport with potential tenants while coordinating qualification steps and move‑in readiness. You will deliver exceptional service to residents, support leasing staff, and maintain organized records and office tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities, local community, and grounds.
• Highlight the quality of the community and the apartment lifestyle to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and enhance retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and manage essential office duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
