Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with fair housing regulations desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features.
• Respond promptly to prospect inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins.
• Convert leads into qualified applicants and achieve leasing/occupancy goals.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and pricing.
• Process rental applications and leases in management software.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and team on resident requests.
