Brook Creek in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will handle tours, process applications, leases, renewals, and maintain accurate records, working with the Community Manager to meet leasing goals.

The full-time position offers benefits and a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 per hour with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Strong customer service, sales mindset, and basic MS Office and property management software familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in sales or leasing.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic property management software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Promote the community, conduct tours, and manage listings.
• Lease Signing & Move-In: Screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Resident Retention: Build relationships to encourage renewals and address concerns.
• Sales & Lead Gen: Convert leads to leases and generate new prospects.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records and assist the Community Manager.
