Job summary

Greystar in Clearfield, UT is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will inspect units, monitor market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, manage show units to a high standard, follow up with residents, and support lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing data using OneSite or Yardi.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Support lease renewals with timely paperwork.
• Respond to resident and owner questions promptly.
