Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 280-unit mid-rise in Orlando. Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; strong emphasis on occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, tours, processing applications, credit checks, move‑in, and lease renewals. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and a commitment to show unit quality are required.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications.
• Ability to perform credit and background checks and prepare lease documents.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify leads and process applications.
• Screen applicants, prepare lease and move-in packages, and verify compliance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Coordinate marketing plans, show units, and ensure show units meet standards.
• Maintain data in property management software and assist with move-ins.
