Greystar in Orlando, FL is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, managing renewals, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease paperwork, and collaborate with maintenance to keep show units in top condition. The role requires strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in leasing and property marketing preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during tours and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to meet company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Assist with lease renewal letters and packages and communicate with renewing residents.
