Job summary

Vidalta Residential in Irving, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first impression for residents and prospects. You will greet visitors, qualify applicants, and guide them through the leasing process to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

You will manage tours, document transactions, maintain unit readiness, and work toward occupancy KPIs while upholding Fair Housing requirements and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Leasing/property management experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify based on criteria.
• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in and follow-up.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards on reports.
• Inspect models and market-ready units with PM.
• Guide applicants through the application and deposits.
• Know lease terms, policies and fees.
• Assist with renewal negotiations to minimize vacancies.
• Represent Vidalta professionally at all times.
• Stay updated on rental rates, floor plans, and amenities.
• Support marketing and curb-appeal efforts.
