Job summary

Greystar seeks a Marketing/Leasing professional for the Avant at Steele Creek community in Charlotte, NC. The role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will lead tours, process applications, and manage data in OneSite/Yardi, aligning with company standards and programs to optimize show units and lease signings.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to coordinate marketing and renewal programs.
• Familiarity with property management software like OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implements programs to boost traffic and leases.
• Designs marketing activities including online ads, referrals, employer outreach, and digital campaigns.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
