Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show prepared apartments and close leases to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Qualify prospects and gather applications; enter data into the property system.
• Handle resident communications and payments; prepare lease documents and move-ins.
• Coordinate marketing outreach to lead generation sources and reports.
• Assist with renewals, inspections, and tenancy documentation as required by regulations.
