Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Yuma to oversee property leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will show and tour communities, process leases, and ensure timely follow-up with leads, while maintaining accurate leasing data.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Regular onsite work is expected with a comprehensive total rewards package offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Attend on-site daily and perform leasing and administrative tasks.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and timely follow-up on leads.
