The Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lease apartments, greet residents, and manage the leasing process from introduction to occupancy. The role emphasizes customer service, sales skills, and knowledge of community offerings.

You'll handle leasing paperwork, respond to resident requests, and collaborate with on-site teams. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service (or equivalent).
• Must be a proficient user of email, Internet and web-based applications.
• Ability to interact well with co-workers, supervisors, guests, vendors and the public in a professional manner.
• Above average organizational and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to leasing and operations manuals and the team member handbook.
• Answer the phone and greet clients.
• Tour and lease apartments and sell community products and services.
• Manage leasing process from introduction to occupancy.
• Prepare and complete all leasing paperwork including the lease.
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve problems.
