Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Plan, schedule and organize resident functions as needed
• Handles day-to-day issues with current residents and escalate to management as needed
• Supervise leasing professionals and ensure adherence to policies
• Ensure models and market readies are inspected daily
• Implement marketing plans and conduct market studies
• Manage renewals with approved rates
• Inspect applications and move-in files for accuracy
• Collaborate with maintenance to meet standards for appearance and safety
• Assist posting on social media for marketing
