Job summary

Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking a Leasing Agent for Heritage at Riverstone in Canton, GA. This full-time position focuses on welcoming prospects, leasing apartments, and coordinating credit and income verifications to ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional resident and visitor service, following budget guidelines, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired)
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred)
• Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents
• Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
