Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent at our Atlanta, GA community to lease apartments and deliver exceptional customer service. The role acts as a brand ambassador, promoting our unique communities and values.

Ideal candidates have a background in customer service or sales, with strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation may be required depending on property needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales process and provide exceptional tour experiences.
• Follow up with current and prospective renters using a CRM database.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and residents for retention.
• Contribute to a positive online reputation of the community.
• Partner with marketing to drive awareness via social media.
• Assist in planning and executing resident engagement events.
• Ensure tour paths, apartments, and amenity spaces meet company standards.
• Complete lease applications and verify information.
