Job summary

Peak Living, a fast-growing nationwide property management company, is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Roswell, GA. You will support the Community Manager with leasing, customer service, and lease administration, helping prospective residents through the application process and securing deposits.

A high school diploma and strong English communication are required. Peak Living offers PTO, holidays, benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite leasing or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills and English fluency.
• Ability to manage leasing processes and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and leasing support, greet prospects, collect information, set appointments, and assist with credit verification.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Input renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files to identify unpaid fees, communicate balances, and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Assist Community Manager with resident activities and communications.
