Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent for our Raleigh, NC community to deliver exceptional customer service and drive apartment leases. You will act as a brand ambassador, conducting tours, handling applicant screening, and coordinating with marketing to raise community awareness.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive sales mindset, and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed to support leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
• A valid Driver’s License may be required

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales process and provide exceptional tour experience for prospective residents
• Proactively follow up with renters using a CRM
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and residents to ensure retention
• Contribute to positive online reputation of the community
• Partner with marketing to generate awareness via social media
• Assist in planning and execution of resident engagement events
• Ensure tour path, apartments and amenities meet company standards
• Complete lease applications and verify information
• Resolve issues using customer service skills
• Complete weekly leasing reports accurately
• Inspect apartment homes before move-in
• Accept rent payments and deposits
• Perform other duties as required
