Pegasus Residential is seeking a Sales Expert for a full-time, on-site role in Raleigh, NC. You will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and present apartment features, pricing, and benefits.

The role involves managing leads, following up with prospects, and closing leases through strong relationship-building and consultative selling. You will also handle resident inquiries, support renewals, and keep leasing CRM records up to date while collaborating with the property

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Customer service mindset focused on creating trust and lasting relationships.
• Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Multifamily housing, real estate, or hospitality background preferred but not required.
• Comfort with basic office software and CRM systems.
• Professional and detail-oriented with reliable scheduling, including some evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités
