Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and property management software.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to handle formal complaints and elevate to the manager.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
• Valid driver's license and proper auto insurance if using a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the leasing office and model apartments to high standards.
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents to secure leases.
• Handle phone and email inquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Explain lease agreements and move-in documents accurately.
• Coordinate move-in dates with the Community Manager.
• Generate leasing and market reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Build relationships with local businesses and referral sources.
• Support resident retention through renewal efforts and events.
