Responsibilities

• Maintain the leasing office and model apartments to high standards.
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospects; present features to secure leases.
• Handle phone and email inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Explain lease terms and coordinate move-in dates with Community Manager.
• Generate and read leasing reports; stay aware of local market conditions.
