The role supports the Property Manager with daily office tasks, events, and marketing outreach to keep the community thriving.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales, office, hospitality, or related roles.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with new people.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment and community tours.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process, from first inquiry through move-in.
• Follow up with leads and help turn tours into new leases.
• Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with renewals.
• Help with resident events, marketing, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate leasing paperwork, resident records, and office files.
• Support the Property Manager and team with day-to-day office needs.
