Job summary

CIP Communities in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Leasing Specialist to help future residents find their perfect home. You will use our CRM and perform property viewings, coordinate layouts, and communicate the benefits of the two sister communities, The Conrad and The Helen.

We value experienced, personable team members with a high school diploma and weekend availability. A valid driver’s license is required as you may operate a vehicle and golf cart on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Open availability to work weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Sell homes to future residents using CRM and coordinate property viewings.
• Prepare move-in/move-out documents and update CRM with leads and contacts.
• Maintain listings of available units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Create and manage social media content to engage customers.
• Coordinate resident experience strategies and follow up on inquiries.
