Shaping a welcoming community, you’ll build relationships with residents, work toward leasing goals with the team, and assist with lease renewals while delivering top-notch service and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior property management leasing or sales experience required.
• Sales-oriented with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment.
• Tour available units with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
