Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up activities.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
• Contribute to the general upkeep of office and model spaces.
