Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a Katy, Texas community. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for residents.

You will monitor market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, respond to inquiries, and support renewal activities to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads, and present the community.
• Knowledge of on-site software and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Follow-up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Support lease renewal process with timely correspondence and documents.
