Florida Crystals Corporation's FCi Residential division is seeking a Leasing Agent responsible for managing the leasing process from introduction to occupancy and maintaining top-level communication with residents.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining leasing office presentation, and converting leads into tours and leases while coordinating lease paperwork and ongoing resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• English required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
• Ensure leasing office, tour path, model apartment, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal are impeccable.
• Sell the community’s features and services with thorough product knowledge.
• Convert phone calls to tours, and tours to leases; follow up on internet leads.
• Prepare and understand all lease-related paperwork: applications, move-in information, renewal letters, and move-out requests.
• Review performance reports weekly and use data to optimize leasing of available and upcoming apartments.
• Manage and resolve resident concerns including maintenance requests; follow up for quality service.
• Engage in marketing activities to increase property traffic and internet leads.
