Florida Crystals Corporation invites applications for a Leasing Agent within its real estate division. The role oversees the leasing process from introduction through occupancy, maintaining proactive communication with prospects and residents to achieve high occupancy and service excellence.

You will nurture relationships, market the community, manage leases and renewals, and coordinate events while leveraging property management software and market data to optimize performance.

• Flexibility to work longer work hours and odd schedules in order to fulfill job duties such as resident events.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to occupancy and ongoing communication during tenancy.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and deliver excellent service.
• Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
• Ensure the leasing office, tour path, model apartment and vacant units are pristine and market-ready.
• Enter guest information in property management software and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and manage lease paperwork, move-in information, renewal letters and related forms.
• Review performance reports weekly and use data to guide leasing decisions and strategies.
• Address resident concerns, including maintenance requests, and ensure quality service.
• Assist with marketing efforts to increase traffic and internet leads and participate in outreach activities.
• Create content for social media and plan resident events.
