Job summary

Rose Valley Management seeks a Leasing Professional to join our team in Tomball, Texas. You will guide prospective residents through the move-in process, conduct property tours, answer calls, and follow up with leads to secure applications.

You will need strong communication and customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of multi-family leasing experience. AppFolio knowledge is a plus, and a competitive commission plan supports performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of active leasing experience in multi-family property.
• High energy, creative, and sales-driven with strategic marketing ideas.
• Strong communication skills with presentations over the phone and in person.
• Familiarity with AppFolio software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and show apartments or models to prospects.
• Answer phones, greet prospects, and follow up with leads.
• Process applications and deposits; verify information per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized leasing office and curb appeal.
• Meet monthly leasing goals and support marketing plans.
• Document prospect activity for reporting and compliance.
