• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly
• Enter all traffic and telephone calls and other daily activity into the computer
• Excellent customer service and follow-up

Responsibilities

• Show models and amenities in top condition every day
• Conduct market surveys and regularly shop competition
• Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions
• Accept service requests and route to service department for prompt processing
• Maintain accurate paperwork and data entry
• Provide excellent follow-up with residents and applicants
