Job summary

Liberty Asset Group LLC is seeking a professional Leasing Agent to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct property tours, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle applications, screenings, and move-ins while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate brings leasing or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekend availability may be required.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email.
Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
Process rental applications, background checks, and lease paperwork.
Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and leasing specials.
Follow up with prospective residents to maintain strong closing ratios.
Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
Maintain accurate records and update property management software daily.
Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
