Qualifications

• Warmly meet and greet residents and prospective residents, providing superior customer service.
• Qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present our communities.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly.
• Ensure show quality office, models, amenities each day.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market surveys and monitor competition.
• Create, update, and maintain engaging marketing content across platforms.
• Participate in resident relations and events.
• Accept service requests from residents and route to service department.
• Enter all traffic, calls, and daily activity into the computer.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and reliability.
