Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lease apartments and deliver top-notch customer service at our Palm Bay, FL community. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and help with renewals while maintaining a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Prior leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Must have strong communication and people management skills.
• Must understand customers' needs and respond with appropriate solutions.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments via telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospective and current residents to establish rapport.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present communities professionally and maintain curb appeal.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs for resident satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in lease negotiations and renewal processes.
