The position offers an $18/hour base plus commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with alternating weekends, and a supportive team in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales-related client relationship experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Sales-minded and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required for this role.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Network with prospective residents by email, phone, and in person to identify needs and opportunities.
• Present Mac’s residential portfolio, highlighting features, design and amenities.
• Maintain relationships with prospective residents and follow up promptly.
• Develop knowledge of leasing tactics, building features, neighborhoods and market.
• Close leases to achieve sales quotas and increase occupancy.
• Prepare lease documents and related forms per policies and Fair Housing.
