Real Property Management Richmond Metro is seeking a Leasing Agent to nurture prospects, show properties, and guide applicants through the leasing process in Virginia. You will play a key role in helping renters find a home while delivering friendly, high‑touch service.

The role emphasizes relationship building, ongoing tenant support, and commissions/bonuses based on performance. A Virginia real estate license is required and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

Virginia real estate license required.
Working knowledge of various computer software.
Prior experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Nurture leads – contact incoming applicants, arrange showings and secure a signed lease.
Conduct property showings and help applicants picture living there.
Get applications and leases by following our process to completion.
Solicit feedback to inform rent pricing and amenity decisions.
Provide service with a smile and guide residents through the process.
Maintain ongoing contact with residents throughout tenancy.
