Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Norcross, GA community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws. Competitive pay, benefits, and a positive team environment await you.

Position requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed based on property needs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
