Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare lease/move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policy on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including online tools and referrals.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and data, and manage prospects.
• Ensure show units meet standards, communicate needs to maintenance, and prep leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters, meetings, and timely renewals.
