Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to handle leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations within our community. The role requires a professional, engaging approach with residents and staff.

The Leasing Specialist will greet prospects, qualify them, process applications, and coordinate move-in logistics while maintaining strong community partnerships and adherence to Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge: Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community and apartment/model features to prospects and close the sale.
• Have prospects complete applications and secure deposits per company procedures.
