Job summary

Winterwood, Inc. is hiring a Leasing Agent to oversee leasing and marketing of our properties in Hope Park, NC. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, and a compensation of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of apartment leasing experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
• Ability to travel to Lexington, KY for training.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property.
• Show available units to prospective residents.
• Assist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy.
• Screen applicants to determine eligibility.
• Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines.
• Maintain accurate tenant files.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
