Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two years sales/leasing experience desirable.
• Attention to detail required.
• Knowledge of subsidy regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with prospective residents and coordinates all phases of leasing.
• Provides polished tours of model, vacant apartments, and community amenities.
• Achieves tiered rent levels and occupancy goals.
• Coordinates annual lease renewals and income re-certifications.
• Updates turnover log, maintains waiting list, and prepares leasing reports.
• Prepares lease packages and documents for new move-ins.
• Conducts new resident orientation.
• Provides backup support to the Occupancy Specialist.
• Fosters a positive relationship with residents, communities, and agencies.
• Preserves confidentiality of residents and applicants.
