Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in multifamily property management leasing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and secure leases.
• Perform move-in documentation and ensure apartments are ready.
• Follow up with leads within 24 hours and maintain CRM records.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with maintenance team as needed.
