Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Multifamily Broadway on the River property in Aurora, IL. You will engage prospects, tour the community, and guide them through the leasing process to meet occupancy goals.

Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills are essential as you coordinate applications, background checks, and move-in preparations. On-site role with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or customer service experience.
• Basic computer literacy and Windows familiarity.
• Ability to qualify prospects and handle documentation.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver excellent service to residents and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork and perform office tasks related to rentals.
